Your head technician Eric Jackson was professional kind courteous and I will request him when I use you again. I would suggest he could be a trainer for new employees . The gentleman assisting him was very kind and courteous too.

Carpet came out cleaner than with any other company

The service was very good and your employees couldn't have been nicer. The carpet was very dirty and looks good now. I did use the 30 day warranty and they did come back as promised.

I had a very positive experience with Zerorez, which occurred on Monday 09/26/16. The carpet in my 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo was cleaned. The condo was mostly empty, so it was possible to clean over 95% of the carpet. These are the reasons why the experience was good: 1) the employee arrived on time, 2) the employee explained the entire process to me, 3) it was obvious that the equipment used is of good quality and efficient (making the process as easy as possible for the employee, too), 4) the employee was careful to not damage any part of my home as he cleaned my carpet, 5) the employee was good-natured, making conversation with him easy and enjoyable, 6) the employee gave me accurate information regarding how long it would take for my carpet to dry (5 hours or less), 7) the project did not take very long -- from the time the employee arrived to the time he left was only about an hour, and 8) the carpet looked so nice when the job was complete. I will recommend Zerorez to all of my friends!

It was a pleasure for Mr. Eric Jackson and his assistant to clean my carpet. They were on time, polite and courteous thru out their time working. I was totally surprise actually to see there were no residue left behind. I would like to thank Mr. Jackson and his assistant for a job "well done". Just a thought; I asked about some type of shoe covering so I could walk on the carpet, he stated the company no longer supply them, I am asking that the company reconsider and maybe give them out to first time customers only.
