Client Testimonials

I had awful pet stains that I tired tirelessly to get out but never good and zerorez got them out with ease.

very nice service rep, great job

service was excellent ,totally non stressful. Rocio Hernandez explained everything before starting and asked if I had questions or concerns. My capet was cleaned and there was no unexpected cost. Rocio and her assistant were professional and friendly. I like the fact that the process is non toxic and left my floors feeling great.

Paul, our service tech was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We will call zerorez back for our next cleaning.

The technicians cleaning the ducts arrived within the time agreed to. I couldn't tell what was coming from my vents but from the feedback during the time they spent, I was pleased with the service provided. They protected my home with brackets and shoe covers as I believe is part of the company policy/ protocol and basic consideration for customers.

great service

Promptness and efficiency of the tec. He was well informed, very polite and pleasant! The carpets look good! However, I have a very old dog who has been using a area of my bedroom as her personal urinal. The tec used the enzyme but the odor persists. Your advise would be appreciated. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend you. I am a repeat customer but I cannot remember if it was in this house or my previous home.
Thanks,
