Great service. Great people. One little hiccup this time, but no big deal. I had asked for the representative to come not before 1:00 as I was away from the home. He didn't get that updated information, but my neighbor was kind enough to get him inside and start the work until I got home.

This is the second time we have used your services. The techs are very friendly and helpful. Our carpet looks and smells
great. The only thing I was dissapointed about was the edges of the carpet on the stairs. I had hoped they would look cleaner. They still look gray.

It took every stain out of my carpet and made it look like new. I was about to rip up all the carpet and replace it, but now I don't have to. I love it!

Technician, Mike, very professional. Took the time to listen to our needs and explain the products matching us with the best products that would meet our needs - our carpets are very old. He used fans, moved all moveable furniture, and used booties. The carpets looked great when completed. Thank you Mike!
