This is the second time in 14 months I've used your services and have been extremely pleased both times with the results. All your technicians have been polite, diligent and helpful in suggesting any additional services that might benefit my carpet. Mike and Tomas came out this past week and did an excellent job of making my carpet look so fresh and clean. My entire house smelled like citrus! Thank you once again for another job well done. The Zerorez Team which came to my house were on time and knew exactly what they were doing. And did a great job being careful not to damage anything in my home. I would say they went above and beyond what I expected. I'll surely call Zerorez again when I have a problem I think they can fix.

Your service personnel as well as those in the office are fairly knowledgeable and cordial. I just wish pet treatment costs were a little more in line with the main service.

Technician was very nice, and did a great job, however, there were two places I think he missed. One actually looks worst now than before.
Would like him to come back and retreat those two spots if possible.

We had a great experience with Zerorez, primarily due to the professionalism of their representative. He explained everything clearly and helped us to understand our options regarding special treatments and adding areas. He then went to work and was done within 1-1/2 hours while taking great care to not damage furniture and drapes. Carpets now appear to be very clean and certainly look much better. Only time will tell how good their product actually is, but I'm convinced that this was money well spent.
