We haven't received our cleaned rugs yet. However we are pleased with the prompt response we had for pick up and the work to coordinate the delivery. We were also very happy with the price compared to the competition. We probably won't unwrap the rugs for a few months but feel they will be perfect.

Honestly, I had air duct cleaning so the results are hard to measure. Even so, the crew were very friendly and professional. Daniel, one of the two, was excellent at explaining what they were doing and why. I also have a daughter who is a real estate agent. She has recommended Zerorez to clients and they have been extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning job. I believe this company is honest and does the best job available.
It works! Had a lot of stains on old carpet in playroom and zerorez always makes it look great.
