Zerorez just finished cleaning our upstairs carpets and downstairs rugs. I am so happy with the results! I had my reservations about them taking our rugs, as one of them is a handmade rug from Santa Fe. I felt like I was really rolling the dice, but both rugs came back in excellent condition, and noticeably cleaner—in a BIG way.

Both services were performed with exceptional professionalism and care. This is my second time to use them for carpet cleaning and my first time for reg cleaning. We will definitely continue to use ZEROREZ. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable. I've never felt like I've paid too much.

Eric Jackson, the tech who came out, was extremely professional and polite. He clearly explained the process and made suggestions for prolonging the quality of area rugs and carpeting.

Immediately you are able to see positive results from the cleaning. But what I like most is there are absolutely no fumes nor residue embedded in carpet. The technician, Eric, was superb both professionally and personably. He accommodated my very need.

I scheduled a duct cleaning. But after examining the ducts, Curt and Matt said it was not necessary to clean them. They did do a through cleaning of my clothes dryer vent. It was suggested that I add a air cleaner to my system, but that is something I must reasearch and decide later.
