I liked your service, however, where the machinery/motor was sitting that ran the device to clean our carpet, it burned our grass. Apparently the technician allowed it to either roll onto our yard/grass or he sat it there. Anyway, a large spot of our grass was burned and is dead. My husband has contacted Zerorez but they haven't gotten back with him.

We experienced very good customer service, and a full disclosure of prices over the phone. There were no surprises in the cost. The technician was delightful and professional, and the service was thorough. While we DID spend a good bit more than the $139 base price, our carpet was quite compromised by dogs and we were aware of the extra charges needed to provide extra attention to these pet-stained areas. We were certainly afforded the opportunity to say no to any services we chose not to do, but our carpets needed the extra attention, and the carpets look great so far. They dried as quickly as projected. I highly recommend Zerorez based on our experience.

I like that the staff is knowledgeable about all products and services provided. I like the difference in the air after services have been rendered.
