This was my first time using the service its not been a week since the service but so far so good. I saw their ad after watching the Channel 2 news. The tech was polite and professional. I requested he go over an area again he did it gladly he wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I can't compare pricing because this was my first time getting my house carpet cleaned since I moved in. That would be the only area that I would compare next time I want to clean my carpet.
