Unbeatable carpet cleaning, it’s everything it advertises. No residue and NO dirt left behind ( I use the white towel test) . If you’re not satisfied they’ll clean it again. Our cleaning technician Brian was professional, polite and thorough in explaining the process. We highly recommend Zerorez.

They arrived on time and the carpet looks significantly better than it did before. And the house smells much better.

They were in and out cleaning 4 rooms quickly. Some stains just can't be removed. Don't like being upsold to try to remove stains. Overall good experience.

Carpet was very soft technician was out of here in 45 minutes was pretty skeptical of how it would turn out. Had 4 rooms done. When they dried they looked good!
