Both the rug and linoleum cleaners did great jobs! very clean. Had wax built up over dirt. It took seven hours to remove and re-wax the areas at our business. It looks like new tile. The men were on time and work not stop until the job was finished.

The technicians are knowledgeable, and very helpful. And it's great that there is no soap residue!

We appreciate that your technicians are on time, polite and respectful of our home & it's condition/preservation, they are pet friendly. Your product is top notch and above all other carpet cleaning companies. Your prices may be a bit higher but it is well worth the price. Ernesto was able to remove not only the stain left by our cat's 'Oops' but we removed the odor as well which is a prayer answered.

Trey was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond working to clean the carpets in a home that we'd just purchased. Despite having another appointment after ours, he made sure that that the carpet was clean and didn't rush through it. We were very pleased with the end result.

My carpets even felt clean and was clean after it was dry and it did not take 8 hours to dry either. I have used Stanley steamer in the past and had to have a second clean and after it was dry it still did not look clean. My carpets are 3 years and for the first time with Zerorez service I am a Happy Senior Citizen with clean carpets. Zerorez will be the only company to clean my home and my daughters when needed. Thanks for an excellent job.
