Client Testimonials

They are friendly , I use Zerorez every 6 months . Carpets always look great and dry fast .

very clean and no offensive odor....

Everything. Service tech was great, on time and professional. We had a lot of pet stains from a new puppy. All were removed!

The technician, Will, arrived on time. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable of the services and very professional. He was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My floors look great. I will definite use Zerorez again and I will also ask for Will, the technician we had.

Prompt for appointment. Very professional tech. Fast. Easy. And most of all, cleans great!!! Will definitely recommend to others and use in the future!

Very thorough cleaning that dries faster than other cleaners. Very professional service people.

I like the fact that the carpet gets really clean and does not seem to attract dirt after cleaning.
Service is really fast, less than 2 hours for 4 BR & stairs. I was also fortunate to be able to get an appointment for the next day when I called

Quality

We like Zerorez because they do not use soap which turns dark and mats the carpet down.
Zerorez used empowered water. The carpets stay look great until you need cleaning again.

I was very pleased with the work they did, arrived when they said they would. The carpets are very clean. It was all done efficiently and well.

The scheduling was pretty simple and my carpets look great.

Amazing services!!! The guys paid great attention to detail and making sure to use the correct products on our couches which i was very happy about. Our carpets and couches look as good as new. Also, we had just had our hardwood floors done and I was very worried about them bringing in machines and potentially scratching our floors in the process of cleaning, however, they were so careful and respectful of our space that there was no need to worry!

Great service, no odor, carpet looks and smells fresh

Friendliness and knowledge of technicians.

The first company to get carpet cleaned by the wall and corners. Very nice job. Requested a call back for one area and was immediately put on the schedule. Good management response.

The tech did a great job cleaning and explaining what needed to be done. You could visually see the difference between this and ordinary vacuuming not to mention the elimination of some odors .

Service was great , Mr Lee was fantastic and professional , will like to have him again

prompt, polite, everything looks great

Great service awsome representative. ..

Timeliness and team members that clean the carpets

Polite, professional and willing to work with the customer!

Joseph provided professional service and made recommendations accordingly. This information was very much appreciated. Furthermore, back in 2016, Jarvis also provided excellent and professional service, which keeps me patronizing this company. Please provide these men with a monetary incentive for there great service.

The product works miracles. Thanks for a clean house.

Gerven was AMAZING! He is well intuned with the products and services and his customer service was over the top. We already had 3 people asking about Zero Rez (Through Social Media) We have now found our new cleaning company. Also, Gerven explained the other services that Zero Rez provides which we were not aware of. We are thrilled with the results.

Carpet looks great. Service person Steve was very polite and knowlegable.

My carpets were very clean and smelled clean. I was very happy with my tech and he was very personable, professional and kind.

Your technician was absolutely friendly and professional. The end result of my service was phenomenal but the superb customer service made my experience one to remember and recommended to others.

It works, and its quick.

You're honest and you do good work! What I don't like is the fact that you "upsell" everything. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's too much!

Technician was on time. He explained everything and answered questions and gave recommendations. The floors look great and clean!
