I also love the technicians, especially Tohmas, who cleaned my carpets this time. He was courteous, interested in what I showed him and would ask me to look at what he cleaned for my approval. Product - No chemicals used, carpets were cleaned and the house smelled so much better.
Services- I was able to get services quickly. I found out over the weekend that I was getting company the next weekend. I called on Monday morning and got an appointment for Thursday. The representative knew I had company coming and she called back the same day, because she had a cancellation. Was able to get an appointment for a Tuesday instead. That worked out great. Gave me more time to get the house back in order.
