Our service technician Miles was extremely professional and informative about what to expect during the visit, pricing, and follow-up visits. Zerorez was recommended by as couple of my co-workers and I wanted to try a new method of cleaning my carpet anyway. I will be ordering in the future, the remaining rooms in my homes. Thanks!!!!

I like the customer service. I received the call to let me know that the technician was on his way. The technician was knowledgeable and seemed to want to do his best. There was no bait and switch. You have a superior product in that there is no residue left behind as promised. I say this because I do yoga daily so I have direct contact with the floor. Lastly, I like the fact that you offer 30 days for a redo. I have had to take advantage of that service, and the second time was the charm for me. I have already recommended a few friends and at least one has already taken advantage of your services.

Carpets looked and smelled great after Zerorez. The guys were on time, called when about 10 minutes away, and very polite. Offered good pricing when i started adding some carpets and furniture that i decided should be done while they were here.
