I have used your services a number of times and what I appreciate more than anything is
the consistency of Zerorez's excellent work . Service reps have been professional , courteous and attentive to the surrounding in which they find themselves. Appointments are on time or earlier than scheduled and the reps are careful to ensure their shoes and hoses do not carry dirt or grass into my home . Our recent cleaning was performed by Jacob Thrasher : a very polite young man who went about his business and left our carpets very clean . We will use Zerorez again this summer when we tackle the hardwoods . Feel free to use me as a reference at any time or to reprint this evaluation .

No perfume smells

Technician was very nice and did a great job! Carpet looks great! It looks and feels clean when you walk on it with barefeet. This was my first time using Zerorez and I can definitely say I will be using them again!

Kind to the environment but I wish that odor was included and not extra. Usually the whole point to getting your carpets cleaned is to get them clean and smell better. Just a thought

Jarvis always does a great job

The service tech arrived promptly within the scheduled time. Was clean and polite. He was kind to our 4 dogs and came in to see exactly what needed to be done. He explained about the adding the enzyme better than the person I spoke to on the phone. He was helpful in moving things that my husband and I could not move.He worked efficiently to get the job done and reworked areas that were badly stained from the dogs. My 20 year old carpet looks so much better. I never dreamp it would come that clean. All the spots and stains didn't come out but they have been there for years. I am thrilled to have a clean carpet again. Our tech didn't leave until we were satisfied.
