Techician new his stuff. Explain whole procedure to me and was excited about his work. Worked extra long on stains. Drying time was a lot less than from previous cleaners. Carpet looks great and SMELLS great!!

I like that there are limited chemicals used, it was a relatively fast service and the carpet was actually dry in about 5 hours. The service technician, Mr. Tyler, was professional. We did a walk through, he was patient while I asked questions and he answered them thoroughly, he provided suggestions and options, he kept me informed regarding when he would be finished with the service and he cleaned up after himself when he was done.
