Ben G. was our Tech - he's professional, thorough, friendly, considerate, informative ("how" ZeroRez's technique works better than other carpet cleaning companies) & very personable to boot! ZeroRez is VERY fortunate to have him in their employment!! I'm a 24/7 caregiver to my 73 yr. old husband with Parkinson's Disease, Lewy Body Dementia & PTSD (Vietnam Vet). In August 2017, the PD had progressed to the point that he was more unsteady & suffered from several falls. Fortunately, no broken bones but, did result in bloody scraped elbows & knees. I'd tried every carpet spot remover I found but nothing worked. Elected to have the Pet Enzyme treatment in hopes this would take care of the unsightly & numerous spots. Of course, Ben couldn't guarantee they'd be completely eliminated since so much time had passed but that the high temperature, Alkaline water along with the pet enzyme treatment would remove the bacteria & at least lighten the spots. I was MORE THAN PLEASED with the results!! He treated & cleaned soiled areas until it lightened up to my satisfaction!! Ben did an EXCELLENT job & I'll recommend him & ZeroRez to anyone & everyone willing to listen!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Ben & ZeroRez!!
Lee and Anthony were amazing. They took their time and made sure all our carpets, rugs, and tile were as clean as possible. All of our floors look great! They were very knowledgeable about carpeting and rugs and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!

Ben was very professional while still managing to be friendly. He looked at our carpet and explained the process. In a room where our dog had an “accident” he recommended the biologic. He did an amazing job! Our cream color carpet is no longer an embarrassment. With a large black dog living in our house now, I know we’ll need your services again. Can we request you send Ben back? He knows his job!

Great service, great technician (Cristian). The carpet looks the best it has in a long time. A few hard to remove stains didn't come out, but no complaints about the service. The cost is the only reason I'm not giving a ten...so expensive!!!
