I was able to book an appt quickly and I liked the feel of the carpet after with no residue. I also liked I could have my couch cushions and pillows cleaned without having to have the entire couch done since it wasn't needed.

The power of pulling up he dirt with the heated water. I was very impressed with the deep cleaning.

I have old carpeting but the zerorez tech did a good job in getting a lot of old stains removed- my carpet looks "10 years younger"!

They were on time, they made sure the knew what I expected, they did the job quickly and efficiently. Plus they did not try to sell me more services to increase the price.
