Arrival actually a little earlier than predicted..nice surprise. The work was done really fast and a good job! I hated the thought of the rugs being wet all day....but within 4 to 6 hrs they were actually dry. I am extremely happy with the results. I will let my friends know about what a great job Zerorez did.

The water is awesome!
I like that there are limited chemicals used, it was a relatively fast service and the carpet was actually dry in about 5 hours. The service technician, Mr. Tyler, was professional. We did a walk through, he was patient while I asked questions and he answered them thoroughly, he provided suggestions and options, he kept me informed regarding when he would be finished with the service and he cleaned up after himself when he was done.
