I have been using Zerorez for about 10 years now. I schedule an appointment annually to have my carpets cleaned. I have been satisfied with each cleaning over the years. I also like that you can spell ZeroreZ forward or backward, like the name BoB!

Love how quickly the carpets dry and that no chemicals are used. We opted to get an area treated because of our pets and the smell is completely gone! Also, are tech was polite and professional and suggested the pet treatment and I'm glad we got it!
Fast and affordable
Everything about Zerorez was easy - from inquiring about the products, setting up the appointment and them coming out to my house. The gentleman who came out did an excellent job on my floors - he was extremely informative, very friendly and easy going. He even managed to get hot pink Play-Doh that was dried in my beige carpet (there for about a year) completely out. You can't tell there was ever anything there! Absolutely amazing. My house looks great and they did an amazing job. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing their floors cleaned.
