I liked that the Ben Gunn called before he came to let me know the time. He explained the products and how they worked. He was very respectful of me and my belongings.

Non chemical products and very professional men who did the work. They were ahead of schedule and did a quick but thorough cleaning while explaining what they were doing and taking pictures to show us the before and after. We would definitely refer our family and friends to them and use them again.

Technicians were courteous and prompt and did a very thorough job cleaning my dingy sectional. They even found a diamond earning I had lost! Could have paid less elsewhere but really liked how quickly the sofa dried with your method. Overall great experience.

Our technician Ernesto was on time and was very clear about the process he was going to use to clean our carpet. He was also very careful to protect our woodwork which had just been painted. Ernesto did a great job for us, this is the second time he has serviced our home and we hope to see him again. Very polite.

As you advertise, your products get rugs clean and leave no residue. We had three wall to wall carpets cleaned, also two area rugs (sent to the factory) , and the master shower tiles cleaned.
