Customer service was great ! The carpets look great also . The only suggestion I would suggest is that you guys vacuum the carpets before you start cleaning them because although we, the customer, vacuum them ourselves , Zerorez should still go over it again before they start the clean . I believed in the Zerorez product, as I gotten my rugs and air ducts cleaned by them multiple times. They are definitely the only rug cleaning company I will ever use again moving forward. Today was extra special though, because of DeParr Mason, who not only cleaned my carpet immaculately but was extremely personable and even gave me great advice on how to keep my rugs clean in between applications.
