My only suggestion would be to ask about driving or truck parking when making the appointment. I do not have a driveway and the techs had to get approval from ZeroRez to park vehicle on the curb. Took techs about 10-20 minutes to get green light to start work.

I've used Zerorez several times and have always been pleased with the results. After having multiple dogs for more than a few years, you can imagine the wear and tear on my cream-colored berber carpets. While not every stain or traffic pattern is erased, the carpet always looks considerable cleaner and smells fresher after a Zerorez visit.
I will continue to use Zerorez in the future. My only problem is that I usually can't afford to have the entire house done in one visit!
