We used Zerorez for our three large area rugs. Pick up and return of the rugs was easy and quick. The technicians arrived during the time frame we were given and were exceptionally friendly yet professional. We were pleased with how well our rugs were cleaned. They were returned to us completely dry and fresh, without any fragrance or cleaner smells, and in excellent condition. We would recommend Zerorez to our friends and neighbors and would use them again for rug-cleaning and other projects.

This is my first time using your company and so far I am very pleased.
The two technicians that came to my house were Trey and Brandon..Both young men were very nice,polite, well mannered and worked very hard. I had 5 very large area rugs,several long runners removed and heavy large furniture that needed moving in order to remove rugs..3 bedrooms and stairs cleaned and I must say... AMAZING JOB TREY AND BRANDON!!!
Bedroom carpet looks amazing and stairs too.. I give these guys 5 stars and will comment once my large rugs and runners are returned👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Gerven came to our home. He was very nice and very professional. Did a great job! Your product has actually gotten rid of some old pet odors that kept coming back before. Would not use any one else.

Despite being late due to traffic the team did everything (and beyond) in their power to make sure i was satisfied with my service.

Friendly, polite tech, Brian, seemed know his job. The supervisor who came to assist also represented Zerorez Atlanta quite well. The carpet is remarkably cleaner. My only question is about the Scotch Guard part of the treatment. How repellant should that make the carpet? One of my dogs has already had an accident, and it seemed to soak right in quickly. Am I expecting too much?
