Love the non-toxic cleaning. Had a real sweet & great service tech. Although I am always disappointed at how the prices go up when the tech arrives. Not this time...but the time before the guy charged me $28 for the closet, and another $28 for a 4 foot extension of carpet in front of the closet. That wasn't right.

My carpet was stained in so many areas it was have it cleaned or replace it. James explained the various cleaning steps available to me and I chose extraction cleaning for the stains as well as the protectant spray after the cleaning process. James invited me to come and look at the progress he was making and how the extraction system worked. I am very pleased with the results. There are still a few spots remaining although they are much lighter. James worked diligently cleaning the living room, dining room, bedroom and hallway.

I will certainly recommend Zerorez Atlanta to my neighbors. You are fortunate to have James as an employee. He is a credit to your company.
