We were very impressed with the service we received. The gentleman was very friendly and courteous, did an excellent job of cleaning. First time in 7 months we can't smell "dog" in our home. He got all the unpleasant smells out of the carpet!!!! Didn't think that was possible. Very pleased. He also gave tips on cleaning up pet accidents. We will be using them again and again.

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and explained the cleaning and deodorizing process in detail. He did an excellent job. Based on the service he provided, I would use Zerorez in the future and highly recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
Once the guys were onsite and working, they would forget to take the protective covers for their shoes on/off. They would go outside to the truck, etc, and leave them on while outside and then come back inside.
