I had my carpets done first, months ago and was very happy. An actual pleasant experience. Last night, I had Mr. Carter clean tile in 3 bathrooms. He was personable, worked hard and the tile floors look so much better.

This comment is reference to August 23, 2017 service from ZeroRez. Your work was exceptional. However, I have something to bring to your attention. I apologize first for being late with this notice as my Mom was in the hospital for a while and my work schedule had picked up. No one except my Mom had been in her house that week your service was done except the two men with ZeroRez. My Mom was getting ready to go to a funeral the following Tuesday and noticed two of her gold filagree rings were missing. She had just worn them the weekend before August 23rd. There us no proof they were taken by your crew but they were the only other ones in the house during that time. Mom is very discouraged and upset. If there is anything you can do it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Name removed
