Hi there! This is without doubt the BEST SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED......We listened to Belinda and called them. 20 year old house with original carpet.....Had workman in and out for 3 weeks as they totally trimmed and painted the entire house. Of course Irma had to show up so wet muddy foot prints were everywhere. When they left the paint and trip were fabulous....the Carpets a DISASTER....REALLY!!

We expected to have to replace but figured it was worth a try to clean up and live with them until next year and then replace. Lee, the Zerorez Tech arrived exactly as promised and I fully expected him to say......Really....Do not bother....Instead he said "No Problem" Watch this......Over the next 2 hours his crew really returned the carpets to "As New Condition" Really......I have pictures.....I was totally amazed... Really...As new! He said we should easily get another 7-10 years out of them unless we want to change the color.....Even with years of 2 Dalmatians, a black lab and now a 13 year old......Amazing.

Round 2 is...the carpet was never installed correctly and had some buckles in it. He recommended Mike Dempsey with Expert Carpet Service to come stretch and reset it. Cleaning was done on sat....Called Mike that day to see if we could schedule for sometime in the early week to get it done and leave the house apart until then.....Got him on the phone at 4;15 on Sat.....Said.."No Problem, I will be there at 10 am SUNDAY MORNING if that is Ok so you can get it done."

He was in our driveway at 10 am.....had a long day but stretched and reset and cut the edges to install the carpet correctly........It is truly AMAZING.....It did not look that good on day one..... I have pictures of all of this and you have anyone call me anytime to recommend both Zerorez and Mike Dempsey......I really was ready to leave a message and Bust on Belinda and say we finally called her bluff with this mess.......NOT A CHANCE! THEY WERE BOTH FANTASTIC AND REALLY WORKED THEIR MAGIC! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!

The tile floor is now clean.
What I did not like was the fact that the first guy did a spot clean on the front porch. We determined it was not going to clean it well enough so we did not purchase the service. However he did not rinse what he had done and it left a mess. I had to clean the front porch today. The second guy got water with residue on the hard wood floors all over the house that I had to clean up. I also had to go back over some spots on the main tile floor that were not clean enough.

I also wish you could come up with a way to clean along the edge. I had to scrub all away around the perimeter of the bathroom so the edge tiles would look like the center. I did not get it as clean.

But the tile in general looks remarkably better.

The tech was very professional and thorough. The cost of the service was very reasonable especially considering the great results. I also liked the fact that I could walk on the carpet immediately and that my cat wasn't negatively affected by the cleaning. She was on the carpet immediately after the tech left the house with no negative side effects.

Professional and prompt. Service was as I was told(. Do not share my name). Should have more than one operater to do the job. Moving light weight items was a issue, I didn't expect large pieces to be move. I had no issues with my operator. He relayed some very vital information concerning my floors and area rugs. Again thank you.

Zerorez delivered the service that was requested. The technician who came to my house was prod and friendly. She did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. The carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new.
