The carpet always looks good, and you will return to redo spots that aren't to my satisfaction.
Though the carpet stays damp longer than you advertise, it isn't a problem for us. We use floor and ceiling fans and wait to place the furniture back where it belongs. Not everyone has that luxury.

I liked that the Ben Gunn called before he came to let me know the time. He explained the products and how they worked. He was very respectful of me and my belongings.

Non chemical products and very professional men who did the work. They were ahead of schedule and did a quick but thorough cleaning while explaining what they were doing and taking pictures to show us the before and after. We would definitely refer our family and friends to them and use them again.
