Mike was wonderful and very professional! He re-explained the process to me before starting. The floors look great. He got all the stains and the pet smell out. He ran fans upstairs while he was putting his equipment away which helped the carpet dry faster. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and courteousness of Mike!!!

My Service Tech, Nathan, was a real difference maker....on time, professional, in uniform, and took the time to explain some other Zerorez products that he thought we could use.
