Efficient, effective & excellent customer service

Price was a determining factor, but my number factor was being a repeat customer (3rd time)...over the past 12 years I have been a (very satisfied) customer. I've also passed on the wonderful service I've received to family and friends and have heard from a few of them of their satisfaction with the service they received. The customer service rep was on time and very professional, describing the technique used to perform the job.

Fast on time and looks great

I had a room cleaned on Thursday and am very satisfied. It was heavily soiled and had urine stains from an old cat. It looks great and I had people over today and thought I had replaced the carpet. Thank you and I will recommend your company and will use you again. The technician was extra pleasant and professional.

Professional and excellent service and product

I had a pet stain that didn’t come out on the first cleaning. I called and you came out again to concentrate on that spot. Unfortunately it is still there.

Zerorez was polite, professional and on time. Ti did an excellent job and after each room he cleaned he asked for me to check it and ensure he did a good job before moving on to the next room.
