The UV light air filtration system is great. Zerorez came out and changed the bulbs just under 2 years. They were early and completed the job within 10 minutes. Awesome!

Most all stains came out of a couple faded a lot. Sofa and carpets dried very quickly. Very pleased with Garvin he did an awesome job.
the only thing I didn't care for was the extra price of for pet stains- whole room charge could be less , this increased my end of job. also , I'd like it if you could do rug cleanings in house not taken away to be brought back later but all in all I'm extremely pleased

Great service along with a professional staff. Lee was our technician and we could not be more satisfied with the great job that he did on the carpet.

Eric Jackson was professional and very nice. He showed up right on time and explained everything to me. He even showed me the dirty water as I had asked him to do. The only issue was that it took quite a bit a longer to dry than anticipated.
