I needed to have my upholstery cleaned in just a few days notice due to a death in the family. I called Zerorez and they were able to fit me in, on a Saturday! The gentleman that came out was polite and very considerate. He cleaned my sofa, chair and ottoman - he made them look new again. The pieces were 15 years old and had never been cleaned before, but even the dog stains came out!!! I was very pleased and would have them come again!

I like the courtesy of the of the technician as well as his in providing the best possible I also like the fact that there are no chemicals used in the cleaning process cleaning of my carpets. I like the way my carpets look and smell clean after the job is finished..i highly recommend Zerorez to friends and acquaintances who ask me which company I use.
