Really stand behind your work! We waited ages to get the carpets cleaned - had a few spots that once they were dry needed some extra help - made a call, more than happy to oblige and came out to see us two days later and did the spots plus a few we hadn't noticed. When it's time to do them again - we won't hesitate to call.

The work was excellent. I don't like extra fees - we bought three rooms and only had 2 rooms done and yet I was charged extra for one room being over sized. And then I thought 4 steps would count and they didn't. And the $15.00 driving fee....just charge $149 or $159 and don't add additional charges. I want a price and don't like to feel nickel and dimed.
But your guy was excellent and the work was excellent and we would call you again.

My ongoing experience with ZeroRez continues to be GREAT! Lee and his partner did an incredible job in cleaning my fourth floor guest quarters. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are impeccable. My neighbor who happened to be at my home at the time said, “I sure didn’t get the same experience from my tech when I had my carpets cleaned”. Lee immeadiately went into “charm mode” and provided her with a bottle of ZeroRez cleaner. She is now going to request him and ZeroRez in the future.
