I had requested an arrival time towards the later end of my 'window' and the technician accommodated that request. He also texted me 20 minutes prior to his arrival so that I was prepared for him. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to work with. The carpets look fantastic!

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was informative and listened to me babble about my dogs!! I have 5 dogs and I guess they didn't like us leaving them with a sitter while we went on a cruise...apparently they thought we wasn't coming back home and decided to "mark" everything for themselves!!!
