James did a thorough job of cleaning the tile on the main floor of our house. I knew it was dirty but now know how dirty it was. Even though it cost more than I was expecting, I am happy we chose to have it done and am glad I do not need to have it cleaned like that too often.

After 10 years of using ZR for carpet and tile I have been pleased with the end result considering the before and after appearances.
Technicians are competent and professional. Most recently, the tech Colin, came to clean and do remediation on a carpet that had recent a protective adhesive applied that was very sticky and dirty. He spent the time and explained why the outcome was not going to be 100%. After drying, there is a noticeable improvement but because of his thorough explanation
