The service set up & delivery was well presented. I liked that the service tech called/texted to let you know he was on his way & when to expect his arrival. He parked at the end of the driveway first, so I could visibly see his truck, so when he knocked on the door he was easier to recognize. He was very courteous & knowledgeable with the service he provided. I felt very comfortable & confident in his ability to do a great job.
