Unbelievable....my carpet looks brand new.

The job was well done and the technician was very professional.

The Zerorez Company was on time with their notification and with the service. The tech, Tre, was friendly, he explained the process in detail, he did a very good job. I did not opt for any pre-treatments and my carpets looked great when he was finished cleaning the carpet. The whole process took a little less than 2 hours, drying time was approximately 4 hours.

My 20-year-old carpet looks better than it has in years. The two men that came out were professional and knowledgeable. This is the best experience I have had with a carpet cleaning company ever. I once had someone come out to clean my carpet, and he told me I wasn't a very good housekeeper. I've had people come in old beater cars and never in a uniform or vehicle that identifies what company they are with. I have had some really bad experiences. But the people from Zerorez were in uniforms that identified them as Zerorez. They came in, looked at the carpet, listened to my husband and I, and then cleaned the carpet. I had actually read some pretty bad reviews about Zerorez, saying that they spend a lot on advertising but then come out and don't do a good job. I had also read that they try to upcharge you for things like spot cleaning and try to upsell things you don't need. The guys that came here did recommend a Scotch Guard type treatment, which we declined. Our carpet is very old and in bad shape. We need to replace it. So they said sure, no problem, and charged us exactly what was quoted online. No pressure to pay any extra. This made me very happy. I can honestly say my carpet looks much better than I was hoping for! I liked the two men that came out. I will definitely use Zerorez again, especially once I get some new carpet. I was quite glad that the bad reviews didn't apply to my experience with Zerorez.
