The cleaning was professional performed. The service technician, Randolph, was very knowledge of the Zerorez system and was willing to answer any questions about the service. He has great customer service skills and he did an awesome job of cleaning the carpet without causing any damage to furniture of walls.

I thought Bobby, our technician, was very courteous and efficient. He explained every step that he was going to do. But didn't get started until he consulted his office regarding the fabric on my furniture. Bobby wanted to be sure that he was using the correct method of cleaning.
I would definitely ask for Bobby again in the future.
