I love how my carpets come out after a cleaning by Zerorez. They are so clean and fresh looking and smelling. The technicians are so knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and walk through all your options and the pricing after assessing your carpets.
I like the fact that they actually showed up first of all. Secondly, the technician was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Lastly, they did an outstanding job; my carpet looks like new again.
I like the fact that harsh chemicals are not used. I would like more rediness to move furniture, but for now ZeroRez remains my first choice. Tomas did a nice job.

I had my air ducts cleaned and my kitty cat can breath better already. I will try my carpets next. I would have liked to have the before and after pictures shown to me in lieu of me trying to guess which is which. The ducts were not that bad. Anyway the guys were very friendly and fast with what they do. If I need them done again in the future I will call.

The tech did a thorough and professional job of cleaning my carpets. The cleaning process was excellent and removed stains that other companies could not remove, resulting in carpets that were almost like new.
