It starts with the product. It works! But it takes good delivery and our tech, Brian Hunt (see I remember his name) was the best--courteous, helpful, efficient. He got mayo stain up that hat been there two years. He got residue out in the basement form chocolate spilled over ten years ago. Very glad I called.
