Zerorez Atlanta is awesome! Our church needed to have the carpets cleaned. We contacted the company the rep Johnathon was on time, very friendly and open. Ms. Jenny and I were there and he made us feel comfortable around him. The Tech that came out, Mr. Carlos Davis, was on time on the day of service. He was very polite, friendly, caring, very helpful with information, worked hard and fast but did not rush through the job. He did an awesome job on the carpet and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company and these employees for anyone.
You need to give Mr. Carlos a pat on the back and if it is time for raises he deserves that also. He highly impress Ms. Jenny and I and that is very hard to do. This is an employee that you need to keep and make feel loved at all times. He spoke very highly of this company. I am sure (speaking from a manager standpoint) after speaking with him he would be an asset in development and improvement for the company.

I will say that the commercial on the fish sparked my interest and highly spirited and very knowledgeable salesman made me a total fan. The treatment brightened up my carpet tremendously. I also loved the option of the bacteria treamtent. Totally worth the spend.

The service that we received for our carpet was great. Pretty pricey but definitely worth it. Our service guy did a really good job getting spots that we thought wouldn’t come out. Overall the work was excellent!
