Cleaning solution uses nothing but salt water with no cleaning agents or harsh chemicals. The carpet is beautifully clean with no odor. The technicians (2) were very courteous and there work was very professional. They took care not to damage anything. We were also surprised how quickly the carpet dried by just using the overhead fans. It was much better than any other cleaning company we have tried in the past both wet and dry. The price point was also very good as we also took advantage of your three room sale.
We will definitely consider you for our next cleaning and refer to friends and family.

I appreciate the good customer service. I have use zerorez in the past, however when I received my area rug back this time it still has an odor to it. It does not smell fresh or neutral
