Both times I've use zero the customer severs has been really fanatic.The professionals that come out and clean the carpet do a great job. the only question I have is how do you give them tips on the credit card? I'm very happy with the product. I'v use other company's and the stains come back right away. I highly recommend Zero for your carpets. We were very pleased with Zerorez when they cleaned our heat and air ducts. They were very professional and competent, explaining in detail what they were doing every step of the cleaning. They gave us a window of time they would be at our house, and they called immediately when they realized they would be 30 minutes later. The Zerorez employees were very kind and patient, from the lady who made and explained our appointment to the 3 men who did the actual cleaning. We were very pleased with our first experience with Zerorez and would certainly highly recommend them.
