Excellent across the board!!!! There was a 30 minutes call ahead. Jerit arrived with pleasant attitude. He did a walk through and covered extra services. He placed corner cones so as not to damage the walls. Jerit did a thorough cleaning. I would highly recommend Jerit and the company.

Our technician arrived on time to our home well within the 2 hour window. After completing a walk through of the areas that were to be cleaned, he provided a thorough explanation of how the Zerorez system works including the extra attention a few areas needed. He commenced the process and was completed in a timely manner. The carpet looked almost brand new! My husband, who is a skeptic was very pleased with the results.
