Everything I was very pleased with the service and with the tech, he was very cordial and helpful.

I like the fact that there is no chemical smell or residue and yet it is the cleanest my carpet has ever been. I have used at least 2 well advertised carpet cleaners as well as individuals who told me what a good job they would do and I've have stuck with Zerorez for the last 5 or 6 times. The men who come to do the cleaning are always courteous and friendly and they explain the other services as well as what they are doing at the time. They always ask me to inspect every area as they clean it before going on to the next one. I also love that they have specials which is when I wait until I have mine done. I like to get it done once or twice a year, depending on the traffic . This year it was after I had some painting done and everything looks so clean and fresh now. Sincerely, Nelda Dobbs

Hard to tell if the carpet is any cleaner, I guess it wasn't all that dirty in the first place. However, with that being said my stairs are definitely cleaner. Just took 7-8 hours to dry (due to the humidity), which worked out well.

The service has been great from the time I first called through the cleaning and pick up. I had one piece of furniture cleaned and one area rug picked up for cleaning. We don't have that back yet, but I assume that experience will be every bit as great as the experience thus far has been. The only thing that was different than described was how long it would take for the piece of furniture to dry. We were told it would take about 2 hours, it was more like 5. But, that didn't matter to me. I bring it up only so people have a realistic idea of how long it might take. I am sure it varies with the type of furniture.

The product really cleans well. I would like to comment the technician that did the job, I believe his name was Damenian. He was so very polite, professional, and caring. He did a wonderful job and in highly recommend him to my friends. In fact while he was at my location he was she to schedule a same day job for my neighbor.
