We were very pleased with the job that Dupree did for us. Our carpets look much better after he cleaned them than they did last year when Zerorez employees cleaned them. Dupree has a super personality and a super work ethic. We will request him in the future when we need to have our carpets cleaned!!! He is the best!!! My husband agrees with what I have written!

I did not have to wait for days for an appointment they were able to come out within 2 days of my call.
I was amazed at how long-term stains disappeared from my carpet! I had told the technician that any lessening of the stains would be better than nothing, and he said he'd try. Using the enzyme treatment, he completely removed stains including one from pine sap (Christmas decorations) that was a few years old. A friend was here with me, and we both stood, open-mouthed in surprise at the transformation of the carpet. Plus now I have clean carpets with no residual soap or fragrance. This was my last attempt to save the carpet before replacing it. Thank you, Zerorez!
