I appreciate the help of my technicians who came out to do the job. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. I think the company could be more transparent in not covering the coils and the blower on the air duct cleaning, however. They make the techs, who come out, upsell you, instead of letting you know over the phone that it pretty much goes hand in hand with the air duct cleaning. They should just include it in the package.

They were very friendly and personable, as well as professional. There were a lot of areas With old stains and I was shocked to see how clean carpets turned out.

I called Zerorez on Tuesday afternoon to come clean our carpets where we had an accident earlier in the day. They came out that day to clean the carpets. The tech told us that if the spots reappeared the next day to give him a call and he would come back out. The spots were back on Wednesday morning so we called and they came back out that afternoon, with a new machine that he thought would work better on the carpet. The second cleaning did the trick. We have not had a problem since. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and for your knowledgeable techs who clean the carpet.
