This is my second group of area rugs to be cleaned. All my expectations of Zerorez have been fulfilled and then some. From the friendly, helpful person on the phone to the smiling, helpful pick-up and delivery guys to the great price and fabulous job, I couldn't be more pleased. Zerorez is my "Go To" rug/carpet cleaning company.

Love the professionalism and yet the personal touch you get from everyone at Zerorez. Our church has used their services for over 10+ years and only a couple of times have we asked them to come back and retouch a spot. They were so apologetic and came out immediately to take care of it. If there was a "20" rating they would receive it from us!
