The technicians arrived as scheduled and after greeting them, I showed them the scope of the work to be done. I liked how the technician took the time to explain how the duct cleaning would be done. He also pointed out some short comings of the other duct cleaning companies that had done the cleanings prior to Zerorez. He was giving me positive, non-sales related feedback that would help me in my decision making process in the future.
They mitigated all noted issues, including those that the regular HVAC technician should have caught and brought to our attention, but didn't.
The technicians were friendly, neat and openly engaged in friendly conversations. They took the time to properly clean up after they had completed their work.
Because of the above mentioned things, I definitely plan to use Zerorez again.
