We are purchasing a new home in the area. I called Zerorez based on all of the great reviews and was so glad I did. Everyone from the scheduling to the technicians were curteous and helpful. We had appointments to get our air ducts and carpets cleaned in the same day. Both appointments were easy to schedule, the technicians were early and they actually told me my air ducts had been recently cleaned ao I didn’t need to spend the money on the major cleaning that I had planned. Wow! Talk about honest! Carpets came out beautiful and they went over everything g with me to verify what I wanted before they started cleaning. Thank you Zerorez. You have a new customer!

I can't remember our technician's name but he was a nice young man that lived in Duluth, GA. He arrived on time, came in, evaluated our carpet, and went to work. He was very helpful in explaining what we could expect from his work. He took his time and was very polite. After he finished, our carpet looked great.

The technician explained everything really well. I wanted a process that was natural & not chemical. The invoice was easy to read. The technician was detailed & I felt that he cared about doing a good job. The end result was fantastic. He was able to get a very large stain out plus other smaller ones. I'm very pleased with the way the carpeting looks in all of the rooms.

I need a call back. The guys who cleaned my coil and blower did not hook my AC unit back up. I had to hire an HVAC company to come out and all they had to do was rewire the AC unit in the furnace, but charged me $85 to do so. I would like to see if I can be refunded the charge since the problem was created by your techs. Other than that the work was done very well. Phone number removed Name removed
