I have been using ZeroRez for years for carpet cleaning. The technicians are always on time, professional, conscientious and my carpets always are super clean afterwards.

Your technicians have been excellent representatives of the company. They know what they are doing and they know how to clean a rug. Only one time did you folks ever send out a totally unqualified technician. We reported our dissatisfaction to the company and they sent out anoter technician to complete the cleaning in a satis factory manner. The man who did our rugs recently is. A fellow named CHUCK and he was great. He had the knowledge and experience to clean properly and he delivered. Don't lose him. JFW
