The service

Mike Lee was our Technician to clean the carpets in our office area. They get extremely dirty from people walking in from outside and our warehouse, which is real dusty. Michael took his time to hit the traffic areas really good, making them look nice and clean. And upon his arrival, I had not removed all the items from the areas being cleaned and he was extremely helpful in preparing the areas for cleaning.

Once he finished, he found me to let me know he was finished and asked if there were any areas that needed additional attention. It was nice to know someone cared about customer service.

And while I've used Zerorez many times before and would recommend them. I have to give a special shout out to Michael! I was really impressed with the job he done for us and his care that I was satisfied.

My carpets except for an area on the stairway were really not very dirty. I just wanted to freshen them up. The technician that came to my house was on time, very polite and took good care of my home. The visibly dirty area on the stairway is clean. The technician advised me to turn the heat to about 75, close the doors and turn on the ceiling fans to speed the drying time. I did as instructed but the carpets were still not dry when we went to bed that night some 10 hours after the carpets were cleaned. The next morning everything was dry except the stairway which took the remainder of the day for it to dry. Other than the lengthy drying time, I was very pleased.
