We were very pleased !! We liked it because there was nothing that would hurt our grandkids or our Belle. Now we did have to call and have someone else come out and dry the carpet. If was done on Wednesday, finished at 3:35 and was still really wet at 9:oo the next morning. The second person was great and set up several fans and even cleaned some really bad places. I was happy !! We will call again and really want the second person to come back. The first one was really nice and worked hard for 2 hours !!! We have already told some friends about your company and how nice everyone has been. It will looking very nice for the Holidays.

My technician Brian Frazier was just awesome! He took me through each of my rooms and pointed out things about my carpet that I had never even noticed. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure that all of
my questions were answered.
I will be requesting him for future cleanings and would definitely recommend him and Zerorez!!

The guy that came to fix my furnance said it had an error code showing the ducts needed to be cleaned. My son-in-law recommended Zerorez. The guys that came were very nice and explained everything. Doing a good job is #1 but being a woman, customer service is almost just as important. When you don't know that much about a piece of equipment, you need to know that the person helping you can be trusted.
