Didn’t expect a miracle, my home carpet is far from new. I called scheduled the appointment without a problem. First cleaning went smoothly and tech was good. Next day I was a little disappointed the carpet was wet and still stained. I called customer service and they had no problem taking care of the situation. They had a technician out within 2 hours. The technician walked through looked at areas and immediately went to work. Problem solved even left me a bottle of cleaner. I highly recommend Zerorez. 😊👍🏼

I like seeing before and after pics. I do wish though Zerorez would’ve taken off the registers to disinfect too. I also wish they have cleaned up the debris that blew out from each register.
