We have been faithful Zerorez customers for years and continue to use the company for a variety of services . The Zerorez professionals are courteous , careful and prompt ; moreover , they are clearly well trained and know exactly what to do in whatever situation they may find themselves . We recently had an older carpet in our den cleaned for the upcoming holidays and the technician restored it to a level of cleanliness I thought was not possible . Zerorez gives us no reason to to look elsewhere for service . Very satisfied . Our technician , Chuck , was a perfect gentleman and a skilled worker - we would like to give him a big 10 shout out !
