I have used zero rez for 2 or 3 years. And i really like the work. They do an amazing job cleaning my carpets. Every employee they have sent to my house has been friendly, professional and a diligent worker. Frazier was my last carpet cleaner and the one before him cant remember his name were so good at thier job, i have taken pics of my carpet sent to friends and recomennded zero rez.

The appointment setting was super easy, the text confirmations were great, the technician was on time and friendly, and best of all the couch is SO CLEAN! It looks like a brand new couch. The Service Person was very Professional and he let me walk through my rooms to make sure everything was ok. He asked if I was satisfied with his work. He explained that I had 30 days warranty on spots.. I'm very satisfied.
