While we are generally very satisfied with the service/quality of work, both this visit and previous one, we had to request a re-visit. In both cases, some areas were not adequately cleaned: upholstery on one job and stairs on the most recent.

We were satisfied after the return visits, but it is inconvenient to have to reschedule.

I like the easy to booking online and then being able to call to talk to a real representative. The service pre-instructions were clear. The service was fast and drying time was accurate.

Jason was polite and efficient in doing the upholstery cleaning for my furniture. Furniture looks good and has a very pleasant light scent.

Terrell was great! Haven't opened the cleaned rug yet, will get back in touch with feedback. If the rug looks good, I would like to get my couches done. :)

Technician was able to show me areas where deep cleaning was needed and then products were applied to insure the carpet is clean down to the pad. The carpet is clean and biologically disinfected and all smells so fresh.

No residue! He did a fantastic job! Was able to add stairs while he was here.

Depar did a great job in his courtesy and his care for our home and furniture. He gave us great advice on caring for our carpet. I have been using Zero Rez now for at least five years and will call them back next time. Also, I will ask that they send Depar again.
