I like the technician was on time and very knowledgeable about the cleaning of my carpet.

We've had Zeroez out several times for our carpets, but have now had them take away a room rug a couple of times then bring it back clean and everything they do is fantastic. WAAAAY cheaper than buying new carpet and rugs and all, but more important is the quality of people -- I never have any hesitation about having to be there when the Zerorez folks are, whether its the safety of my family or stuff around the house, etc, just great people every time and they always do the job top-notch.

Your technician did an excellent job and was very prompt and professional. However, I think that he did not understand that we wanted the small 1/4 hallway carpet done also. I think this was my fault in not pointing this out to him before he left.

Nice smell, clean carpets

Pick up and delivery was great and the guys where extremely helpful with great attitudes and smiles on their faces.

The carpet dried quickly after getting cleaned. The technician was very efficient, explained the process as he cleaned the carpet and was very knowledgeable & courteous.

The result...which is clean carpets.

Ease of use.

Thorough, prompt, courteous and really try hard to get the most stubborn stains out with success. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The service tech was very knowledgeable about the product very polite. I have 2 dog's one is a puppy so there was a lot of spots that had to be taken care of.
I was going to replace my carpet soon Steve convinced me that I didn't need to.
I would use again for sure.

No wetness was left, making it easy to walk on the carpet once the technician left. Wonderful experience.
